CONVENTION REGISTRATION Rhode Island's 32nd Annual Convention will be held March 28 – 30, 2007 at the Hyatt Regency hotel, located on Newport's Private Goat Island, only 2/10th of a mile from downtown. Each person wishing to register for the convention must submit a separate registration form. The Convention is a non smoking event. Everyone must register to attend the convention. Attendance at this event is voluntary and, as responsible AA members, "we pay our own way." Please register early. But please do not mail registration forms which request meals after February 20th. The registrar must confirm the number of meals to the hotel by March 1, so mail after February 20 would not reach him in time to do this. While you will not be able to obtain meal tickets after February 20, if the convention is not full, you may be able to register for the convention at the door. However, to comply with fire law considerations, space is limited and in 2007 the convention sold out by late February. Although we are unable to accept credit card "electronic
registrations" for convention registration, below is a printable Convention Registration Form.

"snail mail" it with your check or money order (with check
